We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter/Slaughterman for a permanent part time position. We are a small government inspected meat processing business. We do on site slaughtering and process the carcasses per customer orders. We deal with beef, swine, lambs and goats.
Responsibilities
Working in the processing room (Breaking down animals, making cuts and trim)
Working in the kill floor (Slaughtering, skinning etc)
Requirements
Formal experience in meat cutting
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
