PART-TIME PRODUCTION BAKER - JJ BEAN COQUITLAM

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. 4 AM START TIME

Primary responsibilities:
Making yeast dough, fillings, and glazes.
Frying and decorating donuts.
Maintaining inventory and ordering ingredients.
Maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

This opportunity might be right for you if*:
Have a car or another reliable mode of transportation.
Have completed a Baking and Pastry program.
Are familiar with baking a variety of quickbreads (muffins, scones, cookies, etc.) and Viennoiseries.
Are familiar with mixing equipment (Hobart).
Proficient in making dough and various fillings (pastry cream, fruit fillings, etc).
Enjoy a busy, physically active work workplace.
Have a positive, solutions oriented attitude.
Can communicate effectively in the English language.
Are reliable and punctual.
Love to learn new things and are open to feedback.
Are able to stand for 8 hours per day.
Are able to lift up to 25kg.
Have a valid work permit to work in Canada.
Have flexible availbility.
Must be available to work weekends.
