What You'll Do

· Prepare parts quotations and provide customers with accurate pricing, availability, and lead times

· Coordinate shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities

· Track orders and proactively communicate updates to customers and team members

· Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory management systems

· Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment

· Collaborate with sales, service,



and administration teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

· Help maintain a secure, clean, and professional warehouse and property

What We're Looking For
Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
Experience in parts, warehousing, inventory management, or a customer-facing role
Forklift certification and experience is a robust asset
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
