Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is looking for a friendly, organized Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact, you play a key role in setting the tone for our guests and creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and can confidently manage guest flow in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth service
Answer phone calls professionally and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
Provide guests with information about menu items and daily features
Handle guest requests or concerns in a courteous and timely manner
Keep the host stand and entrance area clean, organized, and presentable
Support training of new team members when needed

Qualifications:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an asset (not required)




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a busy setting
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations or POS systems is an asset
Professional phone etiquette with a friendly, positive attitude
Passion for providing excellent guest service
Availability to work weekends and holidays
