Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, including site preparation, building, and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up equipment
Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or bulldozers (training provided)
Perform paving tasks and assist with concrete pouring and finishing
Follow safety protocols and ensure a protected working environment for all team members
Support carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed




Load and unload materials and tools required for daily tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications

Experience
Prior construction experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment operation
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus
Experience with paving or concrete work is advantageous
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Robust work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn current skills are essential for success in this role

Pay: $23.50-$31.59 per hour
