We are a small and growing general contractor specializing in commercial renovations and healthcare spaces, including medical clinics, dental offices and pharmacies.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Site Supervisor / Working Foreman who can coordinate trades, review drawings, track schedules and also perform general labour and handyman work when needed.

This is not an office-only project coordinator, engineering or QA role. The successful candidate must be comfortable working directly on active construction sites and getting their hands dirty.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors
Review drawings and ensure work is completed in the proper sequence
Track schedules, deficiencies, materials and deliveries
Provide site updates, photos and progress reports
Coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords and inspectors
Complete site measurements and material checks
Maintain clean, secure and organized job sites
Perform general labour, cleanup, debris disposal and material handling
Complete minor repairs, installations, patching, caulking and handyman work




Assist trades and complete small tasks to prevent delays
Travel between projects in Oshawa, Toronto, Niagara and surrounding areas

Requirements
Minimum three years of commercial construction experience
Experience as a site supervisor, working foreman or similar role
Ability to read architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings
Experience coordinating trades and schedules
Comfortable performing physical and hands-on construction work
Valid Ontario Class G licence and reliable transportation
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

Healthcare construction experience is a major asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$53,000.00 per year

Experience:
Commercial construction: 2 years (required)
Reading drawings: 2 years (required)
Handyman / General Labour: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
Class G Licence with Own Vehicle Ready to Drive to Job Sites (required)
