The Opportunity

Saskatoon Business College is currently seeking to fill the permanent role of a Full-time Mining Industry Business Specialist Instructor at our campus located in Saskatoon, SK.

Key Responsibilities
Teach students the established curriculum in a manner that best supports student learning and success;
Engage and support students by bringing the educational material to life(!)… by developing creative lesson plans, learning strategies, topic based videos and fun learning activities;
Develop and maintain effective, skilled, and courteous communication with students;




Work collegially in a team setting with other staff;
Maintain relevant industry skills & knowledge and
General administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Experience
Post-secondary degree (preferred) or diploma in a related field
Minimum 3 years related work experience
A minimum 1 year of instructional experience or hold a training certificate in adult education.
Computer literate with Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Preference for those with basic teaching or training experience
Valuable analytical & problem-solving skills
Positive, supportive, engaging communication style
Reliable, punctual and organized
Above average teamwork & communication
Desire to engage and contribute to a fun, fast-paced, supportive environment.
