Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer information and transaction records
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
Support sales efforts through upselling and cross-selling products or services where appropriate




Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance
Utilize robust phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Skills
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
Analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling techniques is a plus
Demonstrated customer service expertise with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective verbal communication strategies
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
