We’re looking for an experienced Marine Mechanic to join our team in Barrie, Ontario. If you enjoy diagnosing issues, working with your hands, and being around boats, this is a great prospect to do what you love in a supportive, team-driven environment.
This is a full-time role with strong potential for ongoing opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and service outboard motors (2-stroke & 4-stroke)
Perform seasonal maintenance, including winterizations
Conduct water testing to troubleshoot and optimize performance
Assemble and rig boats (pontoons, fishing boats, deck boats, etc.)
Complete warranty repairs with a high level of quality and care
Work collaboratively to meet daily shop and production goals
What You Bring
Must-have:
3+ years of marine mechanic experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Mercury Certification
Experience working with outboard engines
Valid driver’s license
Nice to have:
Boating license (if not must be willing to get)
You are someone who:
Takes pride in your work and attention to detail
Enjoys hands-on, problem-solving work
Communicates clearly with team members and customers
Has a passion for boating and the outdoor lifestyle
Compensation & Perks
