Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Handle cash register operations using POS systems ensuring accurate cash handling and transactions
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide friendly, attentive service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and dining spaces
Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and hygiene
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising service quality
Support food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, pastries, or other menu items as needed

Qualifications




Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems or similar cash register technology
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order processing
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Experience in serving, food preparation, or the food industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
