Job Overview
We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Drivers to join our Dock team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to pick orders, load/unload shipments, and support overall shipping operations in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and move materials
Pick orders and build outgoing loads based on company and customer requirements
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for inventory rotation
Complete transfer sheets and validate incoming shipments
Segregate products according to company, customer, and regulatory guidelines
Assist with physical inventory counts
Operate and troubleshoot pallet wrapping equipment or manually wrap skids
Perform routine tasks independently and report issues to the Shipping Manager
Maintain a clean and secure working environment
Requirements (Must Have)
Valid forklift license (required)
Minimum 1+ year of forklift driving experience
Experience operating a four-stage forklift in tight spaces
Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 27 kg (60 lbs)
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
