Job description:

We are currently recruiting a Personal Support Worker for a female employer who requires assistance with Activities of Daily Living.

Location:
Salt Spring Island (near Peter Arnell Park)

Shifts & Hours of Work:
Sunday: 10:00am to 2:00pm

Compensation:
$26 per hour for probationary period

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
Dinner Meal Preparation and Feeding Assistance
Kitchen and Washroom Clean up
Toileting and Peri-Care
Cough Assist (LVRM)
Medication Administration
Transfers using Ceiling lift
Repositioning
Bi-pap
Personal Hygiene

Required Qualifications:
Caregiver experience required
Experience with Ceiling Lift Transfers preferred
Previous Experience with ALS is an asset
Driver's License and Reliable Transportation required
