Please note, this position is located in Onoway, Alberta and you will be expected to commute to site daily.

Job Purpose

To support the Quality Control department with filing, administrative, record keeping and data management.

Roles and Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative tasks which include but are not limited to scanning documentation into applicable job folders
Monitoring and organizing project documentation
Requesting Non-Destructive Examinations
Populating weld tracking log
Transferring information from shop drawings
Compile documentation for turnover packages
Additional general Quality Control record keeping and data management
Additional duties as assigned (ie. participation in process improvement)

Requirements
High School Diploma is mandatory
Previous experience in a QC office is required
Previous NDE Experience required
Working knowledge of MS office applications and Bluebeam
Ability to start and complete multiple tasks under pressure and with deadlines
Detail oriented and committed to accuracy
Outstanding organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Works well in a team and independently




Excellent communication skills
