We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team in a wood fired pizzeria. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen workplace. Minimum 2 years kitchen experience required, having worked in a pizzeria/italian restaurant with a wood fired pizza oven would be a bonus.

Duties:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Monitor stock levels and communicate with the Head Chef to place orders

Experience




Proven experience as a Pizza Cook/Line Cook in a restaurant or similar environment
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Understanding of food safety practices
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
