Project Coordinator
Kamloops, BC | Full time, Permanent | $65,000–$80,000
We're recruiting on behalf of an established BC Interior General Contractor delivering two wood-frame co-op housing developments in Kamloops: a 53-unit and a 27-unit apartment building, both breaking ground this summer.
This is an opportunity to join from day one and help coordinate both projects through to completion.
What You'll Do
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
Support subtrade and supplier coordination
Track schedules, budgets, procurement, and project documentation
Work closely with the Project Manager and site team
Spend time on-site to keep projects moving
What We're Looking For
2–5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator with a General Contractor
Wood-frame multi-family construction experience
Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
Based in Kamloops or willing to relocate (no LOA provided)
