Oilfield Dispatcher – Pipestone Area

Pipestone is seeking an experienced and dependable Dispatcher to join our operations team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of surrounding oilfield roads, experience dispatching a fleet of equipment and the ability to remain organized in a quick-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and dispatch a fleet of trucks and equipment
Schedule drivers and equipment efficiently based on operational requirements
Communicate clearly with drivers, customers and the operations team
Monitor ongoing jobs and respond quickly to schedule changes or unexpected issues
Maintain accurate dispatch records using Microsoft Excel
Assist with after-hours and weekend operational calls
Work collaboratively with the team to keep operations running safely and efficiently

Qualifications
Knowledge of Pipestone and the surrounding oilfield roads
Previous experience dispatching a fleet of trucks or equipment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel




Able to work independently and as part of a team
Available to respond to after-hours and weekend calls as required

Schedule

This is not a traditional 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. position. The role includes after-hours and weekend calls based on operational needs.

The position follows a 10-days-on, 4-days-off rotation.
