Responsibilities
Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas
Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers
Perform general manual tasks such as digging, lifting, loading, and unloading materials
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work setting for all team members
Support site cleanup activities to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace
Operate basic power tools and equipment under supervision as needed




Contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail

Qualifications
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling repeatedly
Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required
Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to construction sites is advantageous
Reliable transportation or access to the worksite location
