Master mechanic Woodbridge is looking for a motivated, organized, and costumer-focused Service advisor to join our growing team. We're a busy, independent automotive repair shop that prides itself on honest service, quality repairs, and excellent costumer care.
Responsibilities
Greet costumers and provide outstanding costumer service.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Prepare estimates and explain repairs in a clear, professional manner.
Schedule appointments and manage repair orders.
Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair needs.
Keep costumers updated throughout the repair process.
Process invoices and payments.
Help maintain an organized and efficient front office.
Skills
Automotive service advisor experience preferred.
Strong communication and costumer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced workplace.
Comfortable using computers and shop management software.(mitchell/tekmetric)
Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
valid Ontario driver's license.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
