Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our retail team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology or retail sales are a plus. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
Operate POS systems for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash handling accurately and process payments efficiently
Conduct product demos and upsell related items to enhance customer experience
Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked
Provide product information and technical assistance when needed
Manage phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette




Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Support merchandising efforts to promote sales and store appearance
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store at all times

Skills
Robust customer service and communication skills
Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling and merchandising
Ability to perform product demos and explain features clearly
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customers
Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks effectively
Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
