We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator, the ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of product distribution, logistics, and the specific requirements in the fashion industry!

Responsibilities:
Assist members in production and distribution & sales teams
Ensure the timely handling of urgent orders and work closely with the production team to meet deadlines.
Maintain a robust understanding of the flow of goods, ensuring efficient coordination between suppliers, distribution centers, and customers.
Utilize EDI systems for processing orders, tracking shipments, and invoicing.
Oversee supplier invoices and communicate regularly with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
Manage case packs, size runs, UPC labels, and ensure compliance with customer-specific labeling requirements.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills In English and French
3+ years of experience in production and distribution in the fashion industry
Be able to work in rapid paced setting
Solid understanding of EDI systems, product flow
