Financial Connections TechOps Manager at Stripe.About the roleThis position leads the Integration Reliability Engineering team within the Financial Connections group.Key factsLocation: Toronto, Ontario, CanadaEngagement: Full-timeTeam: Financial ConnectionsWhat you'll doDefine and enforce reliability standards for banking integrations and manage partner-related escalations.Establish SLOs and operational metrics to identify risks and prioritize the integration backlog.Maintain technical relationships with financial partners to align on roadmaps and commercial requirements.Direct the integration of agentic, LLM-powered workflows to reduce manual toil and improve operational efficiency.Build and manage a team of Integration Reliability Engineers, focusing on coaching, hiring, and technical development.Serve as the primary operational liaison between engineering, product, compliance, and legal departments.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in people leadership within a TechOps workplace.Proven ability to coach team members, manage performance, and build high-functioning teams.Hands-on technical proficiency, including code review, data querying,
