Job TitleSenior Technical Project Manager, Platform - Demonware - Vancouver, BCRequisition IDR027581Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Platform team responsible for libraries, services, tools, and infrastructure that power game-facing products and services across Activision. This role is based in our Vancouver, BC office, follows an onsite schedule of four days per week, and may change work arrangements as needed.Your MissionYour responsibilities include:Lead the development and execution of key initiatives that power Activision titles.Own internal customer relationships and manage stakeholders with varying business and technical needs.Hold your own in high-level technical conversations and represent teams to customers and partners.Partner with engineering leadership to align technical resources against strategic priorities and delivery goals.Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, milestones, and delivery risks.Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, balancing competing priorities and managing complex technical dependencies.Player Profile7+ years of project or program management experience in a technical environment.Robust communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in ambiguous environments.Organized self-starter with strong ownership and adaptability.Experience coordinating migrations, service rollouts, or operational readiness activities is a plus.Ability to mentor fellow Project Managers and support high-performing teams.Experience with Jira, Confluence, M365 or similar collaboration tools.Extra PointsScrum Master and/or PMP or PRINCE2 qualification.Experience supporting internal platform or infrastructure teams, including products and services used by engineers to build, deploy, and operate applications.Your PlatformDemonware is a member of the Activision family of studios.
