Job Description

This is a sales-oriented role that involves constantly talking with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable coverage. You will be responsible for:
Dealing with current clients and building strong first impressions
Preparing quotes for recent and upcoming clients
Understanding client demands and matching them to the right products




Accurately entering and maintaining client data and records
Understanding and navigating multiple companies' rules, regulations, and product guidelines
Being tech-oriented and comfortable working across various software and BMS systems

Compensation
Commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential
Earnings tied directly to sales performance and client retention

Experience
1 year of experience preferred in the insurance industry
Robust communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
Comfortable with data entry and technology-driven workflows

Pay: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
