Job Summary

Duties
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
Assist with food handling tasks as needed, supporting food preparation and service operations
Organize and store clean items properly to facilitate quick access for kitchen staff
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours




Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to uphold environmental standards
Support overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and maintaining sanitation protocols

Experience
Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is advantageous
Experience in kitchen operations or hotel hospitality settings is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in daily tasks
