Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product merchandising, and support sales initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
Assist with merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
Manage inventory levels on the sales floor and restock as needed
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales area
Handle phone inquiries professionally,



providing information or directing calls appropriately

Skills
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
Ability to perform product demos and technical sales effectively
Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
Demonstrated merchandising skills to create appealing displays
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to upsell and build rapport with customers
Professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries courteously
Multilingual capabilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse customer bases
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining independence when needed
