Sharp Bus Lines Belleville is seeking a part-time Shop Helper to assist our mechanical team in the shop, during high volume hours.

The ideal candidate is:
Mechanically inclined; generally handy with tools
Proactive and coachable
Hardworking and has a outstanding attitude.

Main responsibilities:
Light body work as supervised by Foreman and mechanical staff
Small repairs and jobs as assigned
Repairs to school bus seats
Cleaning and tidying shop and working areas
General facility maintenance as assigned

Qualified applicants must have:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written)
A “can do” attitude and a willingness to learn and be coached
Ability to lift 75lbs; physical effort and dexterity is essential for this role
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
