Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling and kitchen spaces, adhering to food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory
