We’re looking for a fun, long-term and committed Laser Technician to join our team. The successful candidate should be able to work wide-ranging hours including evenings and weekends.
Your tasks will be to:
Deliver laser hair removal and teeth whitening treatments. (training can be provided)
Demonstrate product and service knowledge and assist clients with service selection.
Prepare patients, products, and treatment rooms for procedures.
Respond to clients via phone, social media and booking app to answer questions and book appointments.
Act professionally, ethically, using valuable judgement while maintaining a healthy work environment.
Monitor customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Be punctual and reliable.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
Have a polished demeanor and strong team mentality.
Display the ability to work very independently.
Follow all regulations and guidelines related to laser procedures, including patient safety protocols and proper documentation.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in laser technology and attend relevant training and certification programs.
