Requirements
Post-secondary education is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (entry-level candidates will not be considered).
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Professional, diplomatic, and customer-focused approach.
Solid data entry, typing, and computer skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment.
Ability to occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.




Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, online chat, and in person.
Process customer orders, transactions, and account updates accurately.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally to achieve positive outcomes.
Handle conflict resolution, negotiations, and objections with confidence.
Communicate updates regarding company policies, procedures, products, services, and promotions.
Troubleshoot customer service issues and identify appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
Contact customers regarding promotions, current products, and industry events.
Assist with product launches, marketing events, and promotional activities.
Provide support to the Branch Administrator and Warehouse team as needed.
Perform inventory cycle counts when required.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions
Primarily office-based with occasional work in the warehouse.
Regular use of a computer and telephone.
Flexibility to work additional hours when business needs require.
