Hours: Monday-Friday 6 PM - 9 PM and every other weekend 11 AM - 6 PM
Duties
Provide behavioural support and intervention to individuals with behavioural challenges
Teach life skills and Activities of Daily Living skills (ADLs), both in the home and in the community and assist with homework completion
Utilize evidence-based strategies and interventions to promote positive behaviour change
Monitor and track progress through straightforward data collection
Requirements
Degree in psychology, Special Education, or a related field or a Diploma in Developmental Service Work, Social Service Work, Applied Behaviour Analysis, etc.
Experience working with children or individuals with behavioural challenges and exceptionalities
Knowledge of behavioural principles and strategies
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Patience,
empathy, and a genuine interest in helping individuals with behavioural challenges

Pay: $33.00-$36.00 per hour
