Responsibilities
Diagnose hardware and software issues on various mobile devices such as Android and iOS smartphones and tablets.
Perform repairs including screen replacements, battery swaps, port repairs, and component replacements using hand tools.
Troubleshoot operating systems (Android, iOS) and software problems to restore device functionality efficiently.
Utilize schematics and technical manuals to identify faults and guide repair procedures accurately.
Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure optimal performance before returning them to customers.
Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and troubleshooting steps taken.




Assist retail sales teams by providing technical support and product knowledge related to mobile devices and accessories.

Requirements
Proven experience repairing mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets across multiple operating systems including Android and iOS.
Strong understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems like macOS and Windows.
Skilled in using hand tools for delicate repairs on small electronic components.
Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting guides effectively.
Excellent analysis skills to identify issues quickly and determine appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques for mobile devices and computers.
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, demonstrating strong communication skills.
