Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle inquiries efficiently, and a passion for helping others. High proficiency in spoken and written in English, French is an asset. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships and supporting the Sales team.

Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively
Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details accurately
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and troubleshooting issues
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
Analyze customer feedback and service trends to recommend improvements
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently




Document all interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or related roles, with strong communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills to manage customer information accurately
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
