Parts Person – Heavy Duty Diesel Engines

Chrome Diesel Repair Ltd. is looking for a motivated, organized Full-Time Parts Person to join our growing team.

This position focuses on sourcing heavy-duty diesel engine parts while supporting our service department through inventory management, warranty processing, and administrative duties. If you are detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in the heavy-duty industry, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Source and order heavy-duty diesel engine and truck parts
Assist technicians in identifying and locating required parts
Process customer parts inquiries and sales
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
Perform accurate data entry of parts, purchase orders, and inventory transactions
Manage manufacturer warranty claims and documentation
Track, process, and return warranty and core components
Maintain inventory accuracy and organize the parts department
Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers and vendors




Work independently while contributing to a team setting

Qualifications:
Experience in heavy-duty truck or diesel engine parts is preferred
Knowledge of heavy-duty diesel engines and components
Experience with warranty claims and core returns is an asset
Solid computer, organizational, and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
