Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled construction laborer to join our energetic team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform general labour work on civil construction sites.
Dig, shovel, and help with grading.
Assist with installing underground water, sewer, and storm pipes.
Help the pipe crew with laying, aligning, and backfilling pipes.
Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools.
Operate small construction equipment and hand tools, such as plate compactors, cutoff saws, jackhammers, jumping jacks, skid steers, rollers etc.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and secure.
Follow instructions from the supervisor, foreman, and lead hands.
Help set up traffic control and safety signs when needed.
Attend daily safety meetings and follow all safety rules.

Qualifications and Requirements
Previous experience in civil construction or general labour is preferred.




Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Robust work ethic, reliable, and willing to learn.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely on an active construction site.

Working Conditions
Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Early morning start times may be required.
Overtime and weekend work may be required based on project needs.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
