Position:

United roofing (Edmonton) Inc. is currently looking to hire roofing laborers. Average of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Follow Foreman and Lead Hand Instruction
Follow Safety Procedures
Rip Roof
Peel and Stick Vapor Barrier
Installing Insulation and Fasteners
Install Slope Package From Drawing
Lay Roof Material
Cutting of Stripping
Material Handling
Site Clean Up
Help With Repairs

Necessary for Employment:
Basic Hand Tools (Hammer, Tape Measure, Hook Blade, Olfa Knife, Tool Pouch Chalk Line)
PPE (Hard Hat, Steel Toe Boots, Eye protection, Gloves)
Safety Tickets (CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Protection and Aerial Lift.) - Recertification can/will be provided for hired workers, in the course of employment.

Assets for applicants:
Experience in Applicable Trade (Flat Roofing, Shingling, etc.)
Construction Industry Experience
Valid Driver’s License or transportation to shop or various sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
