Responsibilities
Deliver skilled hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in workstations and tools according to health regulations
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments




Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized care
Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training

Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, and grooming techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon environment
Ability to upsell products and services in a skilled manner
Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferences
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required
A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
