We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service to our guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained at all times. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes according to our restaurant’s specifications, supporting the overall dining experience.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests, supporting excellent food service experience
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Follow all food safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is highly preferred
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and meal preparation techniques

Pay: $15.70-$24.00 per hour
