Job Title: Exterior Project Lead (The "Right Hand")

About the Role: At Green Ladder Contractors, we don’t just build decks and custom outdoor home improvement systems; we build a team that actually enjoys coming to work. We are looking for an experienced Exterior Specialist who is ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll be the go-to person in office, ensuring our projects (decks, railings, custom projects, composite siding, fences, structures, exterior improvements) are executed with "obsessive" attention to detail while keeping the crew’s energy high.

What You’ll Do:
Manage the day-to-day flow of the jobsite from start to finish.
Ensure safety and quality standards are met (The "Green Ladder" way).




Communicate with the team and the business owner to keep things running smoothly.

Qualifications:
Solid experience in exterior renovations (Siding, Decks, exterior home improvements, fencing, composite projects).
A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
The ability to lead a crew with respect and a smile.
The "Green Ladder" Mindset: You're a team player who is hungry to learn our specific systems and enjoys contributing to a positive mindset and culture.

Pay: $22.50-$45.50 per hour
