Job Overview

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team on a part time on-call basis. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality workmanship, and are eager to develop practical construction skills.

Duties
Assist with a variety of construction, installation, and maintenance projects.
Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
Perform measurements and verify that work is level, straight, and completed to a high standard.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Properly care for, clean, and store tools and equipment to maximize their service life.
Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and general site preparation as required.

Qualifications
Experience using basic hand and power tools is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize quality workmanship.




Good eyesight and the ability to accurately assess alignment, level, and overall finish.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.
Physically capable of performing manual labour and lifting construction materials.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
