In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by supervising live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.

Things To Consider:
This role involves Demo supervision for Advantage in a Major Retailer
You’ll be part of a regional team with an assigned territory, so reliable transportation is required
Previous Demo and managerial experience required
Food, health, and safety certified required
Standard Work Hours, but not limited to - Thursday/Friday 3pm - 6pm; Saturday/Sunday 12pm - 6pm

Are comfortable interacting with Brand Ambassadors,



customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
Available for afternoon and evening shifts on weekends
Can lift up to 23 kilograms on a regular basis and stand for up to 8 hours
Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality, with enhanced focus on food, health and safety regulations in a retail setting
Are comfortable following and instructing protocol to Brand Ambassadors who are preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
Have reliable transportation to and from work location(s)
Comfortable getting to multiple locations within set territory through weather and traffic.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers, and team members
Are a motivated self-starter with a robust bias for action and results
Work independently, but also successful at team building skills and team management
