We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter/Labourer to join our agile construction team. Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and taping to ensure a smooth finish
Apply paint, primer, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment across diverse surfaces
Assist with demolition, surface preparation, and cleanup to support project timelines
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during various phases of the project
Support rigging and carpentry tasks as needed for structural adjustments or restoration work




Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly

Skills
Construction experience with a focus on painting and surface preparation
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for accurate execution of tasks
Proficiency in residential, commercial, and industrial painting techniques including restoration work
Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., scrapers, brushes) and power tools (e.g., drills, sprayers) safely
Knowledge of construction painting standards and best practices for durability and finish quality
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently
Experience with caulking, schematics reading, rigging, carpentry, and working with hand tools is highly desirable
Customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction during project completion
