About Us:

Michael's Table is a casual fine dining restaurant focused on elevated Canadian comfort food, warm hospitality and refined but welcoming atmosphere. We take pride in creating a memorable guest experience from the moment our guests walk through the door

Position:

We are looking for a polished, friendly and organized host/hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The role is essential in setting the tone for service and ensuring smooth flow in the dining room.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage reservations using our booking system, Open Table
Coordinate seating and maintain an efficient waitlist
Communicate effectively with servers and management to support service flow




Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming front entrance
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and poise

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A positive, polished and qualified demeanor
Ability to multi task and stay organized in a fast paced setting
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Availability for evenings and weekends

Availability:
Must be available evenings, on the weekends

Pay: $19.20 per hour
