We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on position in a licensed cannabis production facility, where cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

Schedule
Primarily a 3 days on / 3 days off rotation
Start time: 6:30 a.m.
Weekend availability is required, as the rotation includes some Saturdays and Sundays
Occasional schedule adjustments may be required based on production needs

Responsibilities
Perform cleaning and sanitation of production rooms, equipment, and work areas
Assist with crop movement and general production activities
Follow sanitation procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Complete production and sanitation records accurately
Support the cultivation team with day-to-day operational tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Please note: A significant portion of this role involves sanitation and cleaning.



Candidates should be comfortable working in an workplace where cleanliness is a top priority.

Qualifications
Dependable with a solid work ethic
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable performing physically active work and standing for extended periods
Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Experience in cannabis, agriculture, food production, or manufacturing is an asset but is not required
