Currently we are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team.
Responsibilities and Requirements (include but are not limited to)
Managing and executing projects to deliver the project on schedule, on budget, and in accordance with the project specifications.
Responsible for the planning and the logistics of assigned projects.
Lump Sum and Unit Rate Contract negotiation and start up
Manage resources, cost control, monthly progress estimates, contract change order management
Develop written work plans and methodologies, and coordinate material approvals.
Lead the project team in delivering a skilled service and high-quality product.
Weekly and Monthly Production Reporting
Skilled Communication with Engineers, Stakeholders, Clients, and Sub-Trades
Daily production monitoring
Project submittals and submission tracking
Accurate scheduling and schedule monitoring
Project close out and documentation
Familiar with HCSS HeavyJob management software or equivalent

Water/Storm/Sanitary Utilities
Hydro and Communication Utilities
Industrial and Residential Subdivisions
Pump Stations
Road Construction
Industrial and Commercial Building Development
