Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Condominium Superintendent with a minimum of 3 years experience for a full time position to oversee the daily maintenance and operations of a residential property. The ideal candidate will ensure the building is clean, safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently while providing excellent service to residents and property management.

Responsibilities
Perform daily inspections of the property, including common areas, mechanical rooms, and exterior grounds
Coordinate and perform general maintenance and minor repairs
Monitor building systems (heating, cooling, fire alarm, elevators) and report issues promptly
Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed properly
Maintain cleanliness of common areas and ensure janitorial standards are met
Handle garbage and recycling management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations
Maintain maintenance logs and incident reports




Sweep and mop floors in common areas as required
Clean garbage and recycling rooms, including compactor rooms
Take garbage and recycling bins out on scheduled pickup days and return them promptly
Pick up litter in the property

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Condominium Superintendent, Building Operator.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Valuable communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills for email and reporting
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
On-call availability may be required

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
