We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our dealership.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure a fair and profitable sale
Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers
Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, current promotions, and dealership policies

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
Sales support: Ability to provide support to customers throughout the sales process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Math: Robust mathematical skills to calculate pricing, and financing options.
Phone etiquette:



Excellent phone manners to handle customer inquiries and schedule appointments.
Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate pricing and terms effectively to close deals.
Market knowledge: Understanding of current market trends, competitor offerings, and industry updates.
Communication skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years used automotive sales experience
OMVIC License (mandatory)
Valid Ontario G Drivers License
Customer service focus
Effective time management and organization skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and learn new skills
Ability to build and maintain rapport with customer
3 years Dealer socket and Dealer track Experience
