About Champs Grill

Champs Grill is a quick-paced restaurant operating inside a busy multi-sport facility serving athletes, families, and tournament traffic throughout the week.

We are building a kitchen team focused on consistency, organization, teamwork, and quality.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to help build a strong operation.

What You'll Do
Operate industrial dishwasher and wash pots, pans, glassware, and utensils.
Organize and restock clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools.
Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients according to chef recipes.
Label, date, and rotate, inventory using first-in, first out (FIFO) standards.
Proactively assist chefs and line cooks with any tasks during busy service rushes.
Unload food deliveries and organize walk-in fridges and dry storage.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash and recycling.
Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience preferred but willing to train the right person
Food Safe certification required or willingness to obtain
Experience in fast-paced kitchens considered an asset

Ability to work during tournaments and peak periods required
