Job Summary

Join our agile team as a FOH (Front of House) Team Member, working during the Day or Overnight shifts! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a seamless food service experience. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with precision
Assist in food preparation tasks to ensure timely service and quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, counters, and food handling stations




Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and health regulations diligently

Experience
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment during both day and overnight shifts

Pay: $18.25-$26.93 per hour
