Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of espresso systems and equipment at Starbucks sites. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Duties
Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment related to computer networking, computer hardware, and low voltage systems.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose issues.
Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and adjustments on various equipment.
Conduct system testing and calibration to meet operational specifications.
Provide in office technical support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime.
Document service activities, including repairs performed and parts used, in detailed reports.




Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems quickly and effectively.

Requirements
Proven experience with computer networking, hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
Familiarity with schematics and wiring diagrams for low voltage systems.
Robust understanding of computer hardware components and assembly.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
Prior experience working with low voltage systems is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse settings. This position is integral to maintaining the reliability of our clients’ systems while providing exceptional service through technical expertise and professionalism.

Pay: $19.82-$35.00 per hour
