This is night shifts after 6pm for the 2 candidates, and one candidate is after 12am. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are spotless, well-organized, and hygienic, supporting the overall operations and comfort of our workspace. Your proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance will help foster a positive atmosphere for employees and visitors alike. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a hygienic setting
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper in restrooms and break areas




Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed for equipment or infrastructure
Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery to prevent accidents or injuries
Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as scheduled or required

Experience
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to facilities maintenance is advantageous
Ability to work independently with attention to detail while managing time efficiently
Strong work ethic with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Good communication skills to report issues or supply needs clearly and promptly
